Pallet Rework and Restack

Pallet rework and restacking for freight that can't ship as it is

Shifted, damaged or non-compliant pallets rebuilt, re-wrapped and re-labeled so freight can keep moving instead of being refused.

How it helps

Loads shift in transit. Pallets break, cartons crush, and wrap comes loose. A pallet that looks fine at origin can arrive unstable, overhang its deck, or fail a receiver's requirements. We take those loads apart and build them back the right way, so the shipment moves on rather than sitting on a dock or heading back.

What's included

  • Restacking leaning, shifted or collapsed pallets
  • Transferring cartons to new pallets when decks are damaged
  • Re-wrapping and re-securing with stretch wrap or banding
  • Separating mixed freight and rebuilding by SKU
  • Re-labeling and re-palletizing to receiver specifications
  • Photo records of the before and after, on request
